Perform system transactions accurately. * Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a RR or RC forklift, or other powered equipment such as Ride on Kettle Mover and Pallet Jack. * Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. * Safely operate pallet wrapping machine and other assigned equipment following prescribed work methods and OHSA standards. * Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage, reporting quality and count variances to your lead / manager when they occur. * Ensure that all cGMP, OTC and SOPs are followed. * Pull and prepare materials for safe shipment by strapping, wrapping, and or securing bolt rings while ensuring that the exact number and type of product is picked loaded and shipped, this includes performing a partial pick when necessary and/or XP Raw Material or Bulk. About the role Reckitt is hiring a 3rd Shift Forklift Operator to operate a sit down forklift to load, unload and move products, materials, and equipment. The forklift has 3 attachments including forks, clamps, and slipsheet and experience with any or all is preferred. You can expect to be a fully participating and effective member of a fast-paced, team environment responsible for delivering World Class results in the key areas of Quality, Safety, Customer Service and Cost. Your responsibilities * Loads/unloads materials and finished goods and moves materials and components between warehouse and production. * Operates scales, stretch wrap machines, and barcoding systems for inventory, receiving, shipping, and labeling. * Completes required documentation for all transactions. * Navigates inventory systems and warehouse software. * Maintains cleanliness and adheres to safety and waste reduction protocols. * Prioritizes tasks per production schedule. * Follows all EHS policies and procedures (PPE, HAZCOM, Lockout Tag Out, etc.). * Participates in safety observations, near-miss reporting, and incident investigations. * Completes EHS training, inspections, and documentation; supports audits and safety events. * Complies with ISO systems and follows all GMP, quality, and cleaning standards. * Adheres to work instructions, Quality Control Plan, and SOPs. * Performs Statistical Process Control and corrective actions. * Trains new hires and temps in a collaborative team setting. The experience we're looking for * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * Ability to pass internal drive evaluation. * 1+ years of relevant work experience in a team-based operating environment preferred. * Demonstrated competency in attention to detail, accuracy, work standards, initiative and managing work. * Must have strong communication skills and proficient of English, both verbal and written. * Proficient with computers, software, and data processing. * Must be able to stand and walk frequently throughout shift. * Lift up to 50lbs with frequent reaching, bending, twisting, turning, climbing stairs and crossovers. * Work is indoors and occasionally outdoors in temperatures seasonably normal for production operations. * Proper use of PPE is required.
