Job Summary:
The Truck Unloader moves route vehicles to the loading dock, unloads soiled linen, moves vehicle back, hangs bags of soiled linen onto rail/conveyor system, sorts linens into different bins and transfers them to other departments or areas of facility. Performs other tasks as needed.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for supporting production and the customer service team. Forklift experience required. Computer experience required; they will work constantly with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and an ERP system (Radius). They will create/manage all shipping transactions in the ERP system and in the 3
rd
party portal. They will manage inventory receipts in the ERP system. They will work closely with internal teams to align customer expectations and needs with shipping. They will manage all inventory receipts and corrections coming from production. They will work closely with the shipping carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
Essential Accountabilities:
Accurately enters shipping/pickup information in 3
rd
party portal for daily shipments
Picks and ships inventory in ERP system (EFI Radius)
Maintains lead-times with suppliers for shipping supplies
Closely tracks shipments and communicates expected delivery dates of finished goods to customer service
Receive return raw material rolls daily from production in ERP system and correct errors as needed
Create inventory labels using the ERP system
Adheres to established performance goals and provides regular feedback to plant manager regarding ways to improve efficiency or streamline processes.
Coordinates with the customer service team to establish mutual understanding of customer needs to exceed customer expectations
Receive finished goods daily from production in ERP system and correct errors as needed
Assists with compiling paperwork for shipments and inventory receipts
Maintain records of damaged/rejected deliverables
Maintains a safe and clean work environment

Minimum Qualifications:
Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and experience in an ERP system.
Forklift certified.
Required Skills:
Forklift experience is a must.
Demonstrated success working for a manufacturer of finished goods; proven knowledge of shipping and product manufacturing procedures is a plus.
Proven ability to think strategically and to translate strategies into actionable plans

Primary Location:
Springville, Utah
Warehouse Laborer: Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties. Position requires a high degree of accuracy, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 60 pounds. The noise of the work environment is usually loud, and the employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions, combustibles, large machinery and mechanical parts.
* Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, forklift, hand truck and/or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
* Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
* Loads materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
* Conveys materials from storage sites to designated loading area.
* Counts and records number of units of materials moved or handled, breakage and spoilage on appropriate sheets.
* Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases and other containers.
* Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and wraps bundles together.
* Performs housekeeping and grounds maintenance warehouse and sales center offices.
* Wears Company provided uniform and safety equipment.
* Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
Pay Rate: Earn up to $17.75 an hour!
Shift: Monday-Friday
Hours: 3:00 PM - Midnight
