Job Description
Purpose
Perform all related tasks involved in the following areas including, but not limited to: staging, kitting, picking, receiving, storing, inventory control, distributing of materials, parts, supplies, equipment, finished goods and maintenance of the warehouse and other storage areas.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the replenishment of all manufacturing materials and supply shortages.
Fill all material requests from manufacturing, engineering, R&D, and other departments.
Unpack, check goods received against purchase orders, invoices, return authorizations, or other related job completion documentation.
Input purchase order receipts into the computer system and route the material, and paperwork to the correct destinations within the organization.
Perform a variety of tasks including kitting of parts for manufacturing, stock put away, consolidation of released material for transportation between facilities.
Label parts as needed during receiving, put away, picking/kitting process
Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, hand trucks and delivery carts.
Participate in year-end physical inventory and daily cycle counts.
Move inventory by scheduling materials to and from various company warehouses; coordinate inventory transfers with related internal departments
Break down boxes and remove pallets and/or packaging waste from stocking, receiving and picking/kitting activities.
Count, sort, and put materials in bins, boxes, or on pallets for storage
Accurately transact material requests and inventory transfers on the computer.
Work with Manufacturing, Quality and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies that arise during the receiving, or parts kitting process.
Consolidate partial pallets into full pallets for location/inventory consolidation
Monitor inventory levels of all warehouse supplies and work with purchasing to replenish these supplies.
Review emails for various parts and material requests and related instructions.
Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and receiving areas.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department manager.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years material handling related experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of basic warehousing, inventory control procedures and related systems required.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience in an FDA regulated medical device company desired.
SAP experience a plus.
Certified Forklift preferred.
Must have a valid drivers' license with the ability to operate a vehicle in order to support the operational needs of the department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving

Weigh products and take measurements (DIMS)

Place materials in variance, ensuring proper categorization and tracking
Process materials for shipment to BELFOR, coordinating logistics and documentation
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Follow all workplace safety regulations and guidelines
Executes department specific documentation processes including bill of lading verification, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management system data entry to support inbound, outbound, and internal material handling operations
Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Cross-train as needed to learn other warehouse functions

They are also expected to keep inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Use hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks and other motorized equipment to move material or freight in the warehouse-storage facility
Unload customer products as they come inbound
Load product that is being processed for outbound
Weigh products and take measurements (DIMS)
Receive, unpack, check, and verify product to ensure accuracy
Process receiving exceptions as needed
Use handheld RF tools to receive, pick, stock check, and ship products into WMS
Conduct stock checks, part number verification, Cycle Counts, support physical inventory
Pack, re-pack and wrap products for shipping and storage
Consolidate partial pallets into full pallets for location and inventory consolidation

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Follow all workplace safety regulations and guidelines
Executes department specific documentation processes including bill of lading verification, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management system data entry to support inbound, outbound, and internal material handling operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
Some of our stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.
Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed

May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs
Driving
Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles during one of our many routes while making 10-20 deliveries/day deliveries
Complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver's logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records as required by company policy and law
Make deliveries on time at our customers' locations while in a safe, punctual manner in all weather conditions
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle you're driving for the day
Operate a handheld device, provided, and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled

Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years or older (mandatory company policy)
1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck or semi), and satisfactory completion of company road test by qualified assessor
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record in compliance with our driver policy
Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts. Pass a forklift certification test
