PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time. There is bending at the waist, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, kneeling and operating equipment to move shipments on and off delivery vehicles. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
