Job Description


Assist the consumer loan department in maintaining loan files, loan maintenance and collateral protection insurance. Corresponds with members and outside agencies to insure our security interested are protected. Will actively engage in needs-based selling.


Qualifications


Must be able to keep strict confidentiality. Must be able to offer prompt, clear, and accurate communications with members. Must be able to complete all documentation with promptness and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production of consumer TRID real estate loan documents in accordance with Compliance Regulations, Loan Policy, and Loan Procedures

Review documents to ensure new loans and loan maintenance was performed correctly

Assist loan officers as needed and correspond with customers to gather required information

Order and review required loan-related documentation

Communicate with title and insurance companies

Pull and review daily reports

Management of loan technical exceptions

Ensure accurate indexing of scanned document images

Prepare payoff notifications to customers and third parties

World class customer service will be required at all times
