Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Barbacks to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Barback, you will contribute to the team's success by tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages, and providing excellent guest service and support to your team at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility, in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Stock product in beverage storage; ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained.
  • Report all needed repairs to the supervisor.
  • Keep work area and equipment neat and clean.
  • Empty trash containers and delivers trash to appropriate dumpsters if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to read and interpret delivery forms and purchase orders.
  • Basic math skills for counting inventory.

Summary: Cleans all public spaces within the Lodge and RV Park Club House.

The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by this position. Employee(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description.

Essential Job Functions:

* Maintains all public areas such as the main lobby, administrative offices, business conference area, vending machine rooms, elevator lobbies, stairwells, hallways and RV Park Clubhouse
* Inspects room for cleanliness and appearance and signifies completion of room on daily assignment sheet.
* Washes guestroom windows, windows and doors in public spaces, and administrative offices.
* Maintains the public showers, cleaning and sanitizing after each guest.
* Records and reports maintenance problems found in guestrooms and RV Park
* Reports to leadership any park issues of note and also reports any RV that appears to be in disrepair.
* Operates dishwasher to clean and sterilize glassware used in guestrooms.
* Operates cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors.
* Performs deep cleaning projects as assigned.
* Assists guests with check in kiosk when needed.
* Performs Laundry Attendant and/or Room Attendant duties when necessary.
* Assists with deep cleaning of rooms and periodic cleaning projects when necessary.

The Skyline Lodge in Highlands, NC is seeking a motivated, and energetic individual to be a part of our Housekeeping Team. This individual will ensure the cleanliness of the Lodge guest rooms and public areas in line with IRHG standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

* Clean and service hallways, public areas and acts as room attendant as needed.
* Strip guest rooms, prep for room attendant, remove trash and service glassware.
* Completes all tasks as assigned for the day to the standards of Skyline Lodge and our guests.
* Cover Room Attendant, Houseperson and Public Area assignments as assigned; cleaning public bathrooms, stocking carts, cleaning glassware, stripping rooms, and overall cleanliness of Lodge.
* Visually inspect public areas and overall Lodge for cleanliness and appearance; clean as assigned.
* Keep housekeeping cart orderly and stocked throughout the day, maintaining a clean work environment.
* Ensure all trash is removed and properly disposed of.
* Stock, and put away deliveries in their designated closets.
* Promptly deliver guest requested items.
* Service guest room glassware but removing dirty, replenishing with clean.
* Ensure housekeeping areas, public areas and cart are restocked for the next shift.
* Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests; Practice chemical safety rules and follows procedures for needles and other hazardous materials.
* Report all suspicious persons, activities or hazardous conditions to the manager.
* Follow Lost and Found protocols.
* Maintain high standards of guest relations when in contact with the guest.
* Perform or assist with cleaning duties and proactively assists others when own tasks are completed.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions.
