Responsible for responding to needs of patients, family members and staff, designated in consultation with the Manager, Spiritual Care Services, and functions as a member of the Spiritual Care Service staff. Coordinate all services to a specific in-patient unit(s) or groups; serving as chaplain on assigned patient unit(s); and participate as staff for the Spiritual Care Service in care conferences for such units. Provide spiritual care assessment, intervention and support for patients and their families.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Performs special spiritual services (baptisms, memorials, etc.) requested of the Spiritual Care Service and as appropriate to his/her professional functioning.
* Provides Internal and external teaching and outreach on spiritual care topics.
* Coordinates care with other Chaplains, Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) students, guest services, and volunteers, and, as time permits, medical and genetics counseling students.
* Participates in research activities undertaken by Spiritual Care Service.
* Serves as a liaison to area faith communities/ congregations as requested.
* Assists in reviewing and initiating programs within the department.
* Performs specialized duties specific to their particular role, such as: serving on specialized committees, performing particular religious functions/services, and/or coordinating volunteers.
* Participates as an alternate in the on-call rotation, when needed.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Master's degree in Spirituality, Religious Studies, Divinity or from an accredited graduate program or the equivalent, and at least 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education at an APCE accredited program.
Experience: Two (2) years of directly related work experience.
License / Certification: None Required

WHAT YOU'LL DO...
The Director of CRM Operations, Data and Reporting connects the over-arching enterprise-wide meaning of data fields in the CRM to key business processes in the Foundation. The Director partners closely with other teams and Advancement Services colleagues to establish durable, regularly updated, robust CRM data structures that support dashboards, lists, reports, and deliver business insights that will drive fundraising success and propel our mission.
The Director supports the Foundation's data strategy by designing and maintaining data structures, ensuring accurate and timely data flows in and out of the CRM system, and enabling colleagues to leverage data for meaningful insights.
The Director manages a team of data professionals and a project manager; setting standards, delivering timely and high-quality results, and providing opportunities for learning and growth. This role is one of the key leaders of the project team to migrate the current fundraising database to a new platform over the next 2 to 3 years. This role reports to the Associate Vice President, Advancement Services and supervises the Assistant Director, Database Administration, Data and Reporting and the Project Manager, Advancement Services.
The compensation range for this role is $135,000-$155,000 annually.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
Acting as the Foundation's primary owner of the fundraising CRM.
Partnering as a key advisor and lead business analyst with teams across the Foundation to maintain existing and design new data structures that are sustainable.
Maintaining a holistic view of CRM to ensure robust data structures and that work is not duplicated, ensuring CRM and its use is optimized, standardized, and scalable.
Leading all data acquisition and data integrity workflows.
Establishing a culture of shared ownership for data between Advancement Services and subject matter expert/end user teams, including protocols for data structure evaluation and design, proofing, documentation, and maintenance.

YOU MUST HAVE...

* Develops and promotes positive and effective customer service with patients, families, visitors and staff. Ensures accurate and timely dispatch of transport requests
* Maintains database on referrals and hospital locations. Access, read and interpret county, state and specialized maps for determining locations of accident scenes or referral sources.
* Maintains interface with appropriate agencies to ensure proper coordination of transport services in emergency and trauma-related transport activities. Serves as primary communication link and liaison between Life Flight and Transport crews and medical teams, referring and receiving facilities/agencies, pilots and the physicians throughout transport.
* Responds to emergency transport calls and dispatch Life Flight medical crew according to established procedures; provides information on aircraft or ground transport availability, weather projections, locations and time projections.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Lead complex requirements gathering efforts across business, lab operations, and software engineering teams for regulated clinical applications and healthcare integrations.
Translate business processes into end-to-end system workflows, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications, using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent.
Own and drive delivery of epics and features across multiple projects; define user stories and acceptance criteria with clear traceability.
Partner with data engineers and architects to support development of data pipelines, dashboards, and interoperability frameworks (LIMS, EHR, HL7/FHIR).

Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Information Technology or similar degree.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or clinical lab environments.
Proven experience working with LIMS systems (e.g., Epic Beaker, LabWare, LabVantage, or NGLIMS) or EHR platforms like Epic.
Strong grasp of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, LIS, and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy, Planning and Execution Leadership:
Lead a cross-functional team to develop, prioritize and implement product life cycle management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives as well as a robust design control process. Ensure that all the relevant functional expert opinions are included in each stage of the product development and commercialization process.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
Lead cross-functional team to create robust business cases and resourcing plan for assessment and approval. Once approved, accountable for driving the cross-functional team to deliver against the business case and development/launch plan
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.

Product Development:
Manage the high level product development process, ensuring that products are designed in alignment with customer and market needs, developed, and launched on time and within budget.
Work closely with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure that products meet quality and regulatory standards.
Manage the high level product testing and validation processes to ensure product performance and reliability.
Ensure the evidence generation plan and all other development activities clearly support successful commercialization inclusive of regulatory approval, payer coverage, guideline inclusion and KOL advocacy and adoption.
Product Launch and Marketing:
Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, managed care, supply chain to ensure all aspect of the product launch are well planned, effective and efficient in achieving pre-defined launch objectives
Develop and execute product launch plans, including commercial readiness reviews that include product positioning, messaging and a detailed go to market promotional plan.
Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Product Maintenance and Support:
Drive cross-functional team in ensuring robust post-launch product support, including customer service, technical support, and product updates.
Manage product life cycle activities, including product enhancements, updates, and end-of-life planning.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the product life cycle.
Financial Management:
Work with finance to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
Monitor product profitability and make product-related recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product life cycle management.
Qualifications:
Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences).
12+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in product life cycle management in the healthcare or diagnostics industry with successful product launches
At least 2 years of experience in marketing of diagnostics or therapeutics to hematology oncologists. Marketing to cell therapy and/or bone marrow transplant specialists is a plus but not a requirement.
Strong experience in hematology and understanding of the CAR-T therapy landscape
Understanding of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation processes and relevant diagnostic technologies including molecular MRD is a plus
Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and launching successful diagnostic or therapeutic products.
Strong understanding of CLIA product development processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements is a plus

Job Description
The Reimbursement Specialist's primary focus will be claim submissions and follow up. Responsibilities are as follows, but not necessarily limited to:
• Commercial or third party billing, client roster invoicing, claim processing, multi level appeals, collections, correspondence review and refunds
• Ensure proper reimbursement on patient accounts, identify and prepare adjustments and write-offs as appropriate
• Identify opportunities to streamline claim submission process in order to gain efficiencies
• Interpret contracts with payers to ensure proper payment, sending initial or secondary bills to insurance companies

• Represent the Reference lab testing, quality control and quality assurance program in interactions with other groups.
• Under direction of the CLM, investigate and follow-up on proficiency testing, quality control results and patient testing that does not meet standards.
• Perform additional duties and projects assigned by the Clinical Laboratory Manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of, and support, the CareDx mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and ethical behavior.

CareDx is seeking a seasoned Epic Project Manager to lead our Epic Phase 2 implementation, which includes Beaker, MyChart, Cadence, Cheers, Rover, Hello World, Prelude, and EpicCare Link. This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery of a multi-module Epic deployment that supports our transplant care initiatives and broader interoperability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Serve as the central point of coordination for Epic Phase 2, aligning stakeholders across IT, clinical operations, and vendor teams.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for Beaker, MyChart, and Cadence modules.
Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, builders, trainers, and external consultants. Oversee resource allocation and onboarding.
Vendor Coordination: Act as liaison between CareDx and Epic Systems, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and mitigation strategies, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate governance board approvals, executive updates, and internal team alignment meetings.
Training & Go-Live Support: Oversee training plans, super user programs, and post-go-live support for all Epic Phase 2 modules.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading large-scale Epic implementations, including Beaker, MyChart, and Cadence.
10+ years in healthcare IT project management, preferably with Epic certification.
Demonstrated experience working in a diagnostic laboratory environment, with a strong understanding of lab workflows, compliance standards, and integration of laboratory information systems.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Attributes
Experience with Epic Aura and integration with external systems like Salesforce and Redox.
Hands-on experience collaborating with diagnostic lab teams to implement and optimize Epic Beaker or similar laboratory modules.
Familiarity with transplant care workflows and interoperability standards.
Ability to navigate governance structures and equip clinical champions with advocacy tools.
Education & Experience Requirement
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or
Master's degree with 6 years of related experience, or
Ph.D. with 3 years of related experience, or
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Travel Requirements
If remote, up to 25% travel

This is the anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Brisbane, California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
