Position duties include but are not limited to: coordinates the rental and inside counter sales of new and used Power Systems equipment within the assigned branch to achieve profit goals. Duties/Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
* Develops high output rental and sales of machinery.
* Develops marketing strategy to reach as wide a market as possible to expand business.
* Conveys the highest quality customer service to all buyers and clients.
* Works with other sales coordinators, branch managers, dispatchers and shops to ensure the completeness of all paperwork and contractual agreements.
* Required to dispatch trucks in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer needs.
* Maintains a safety conscious work environment both inside and outside of store.
* Answers in-coming customer phone calls quickly and efficiently.
* Assists with walk-in customers, outside sales force and other departments and works with dispatch to ensure rental orders are completed "on time".
* Writes return tickets and does billing, and files it in the proper place.
* Assists with and ensures all equipment in the yard is neat in appearance and in proper order by classification.
* Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor. Assist outside sales with quoting and proper filing of all documentation.
* Is responsible for opening and closing the store and the associated security.

Position Requirements
* Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through a high school education with technical training.
* Minimum of 5 years selling experience.
* High school equivalency math skills required
* Mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, non-verbal, listening and presentation skills
* Excellent analytical skills such as problem solving and the ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidelines
* Moderate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel. Moderate experience using data base systems.

Position Summary
Position is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from site maintenance to basic mechanical duties on machines. This includes processing and organizing equipment from check-in to rental/delivery stages, weekly inventory audits, minor equipment assembly, minor facility maintenance and upkeep, trash removal, and applicable paperwork.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
* Assists with the loading and unloading of trucks.
* Stages units through equipment processing: cleaning, check-in, refueling, steaming, downed for repairs, readying to rent and/or sell, etc.
* Conducts minor machine inspections, checking for visual damage or tire leaks.
* Maintains organization of equipment in yard.
* Assists with condition reports, forwarding information to appropriate parties as needed.
* Directs customers and haulers to proper locations.
* Conducts weekly inventory audits of machines and attachments.
* Communicates with required departments regarding incoming and outgoing units.
* Changes attachments such as buckets, etc. to meet customer specifications.
* Minor facilities repair and maintenance.
* Trash collection and removal.
* Minor equipment assembly.
* Maintain a professional and clean wash bay and yard.
* Maintain an organized and clean parts room.
* Communicate to leadership regarding all inoperable equipment.
* Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
* Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through a high school education with technical training.
* Entry level position with technical or farming equipment background would be a plus.
* Basic mechanical aptitude.
* May need to be able to maintain Class B CDL but not required

Objective
This position serves as the company expert for all hydro-excavating and sewer jetting product sales, support and service. Individual serves as first point of contact for customers with product or application issues; troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving customer issues; a hands-on demonstration operator to assist in sales opportunities; serves as a liaison with OEM partner.

* Serves as a liaison between MacAllister and OEMs, solving issues and seeking the win-win for all parties involved.

The successful student will complete a 2 year Associate Degree in Caterpillar Dealer Technician/Diesel Technician Program, as well as multiple paid internships, ultimately graduating with little to no debt depending on grades attained.
Responsibilities
As a Think BIG student, you will:
* Spend 8 weeks in school, learning theory and taking hands on courses in becoming a Caterpillar Dealership Technician
* Spend the next 8 weeks at your local Caterpillar Dealer, doing a paid internship, putting theory that you've learned to real world situations
* Overall the course will take 2 years to complete
The course will take you through a variety of different tasks, including but not limited to:
* Electronics
* Diagnostics
* Engines and Transmissions
* Hydraulics
* General Education, such as Mathematics, that supports the program

Position Summary

Objective
This position performs mechanical services on trucks and buses, both new and used, for the Engine Division's Service Department. Representative duties include performing service and repairs, troubleshooting all aspects of the on-highway vehicle, writing service reports, recording time assigned to jobs and maintaining company equipment.
Position Responsibilities
* Adheres to all safety practices which include wearing all PPE as required.
* Service and repairs to engines, drivetrain, chassis and electrical systems both new and used. Diagnosing problems and providing service and repairs on purchased on-highway vehicles, including all equipment related to the product.
* Preparation and delivery of new and used vehicles for both truck and bus groups. Installing dealer supplied components: cameras, luggage compartment, heaters, etc.
* Diagnoses and troubleshoots customer's electrical and mechanical problems to assure the entire vehicle runs safely and efficiently.
* Initiates and/or completes all associated paper work for the service and/or repair, including writing the service report and recording time technician(s) spent repairing and/or servicing equipment, parts charged and returned, serial number, type of equipment, etc.
* Maintains customer satisfaction by understanding the customers' needs and time constraints and attempting to complete scheduled repairs and service safely and within those constraints while providing superior quality to meet and/or exceed the customer's needs.
* Maintains company issued equipment and tools by keeping them in good working order, clean and up to date with suggested maintenance.
