We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Mill Setup Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating Haas CNC mills (including 5-axis machines), ensuring precision and quality for complex aerospace components. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Haas CNC mills, including 5-axis machines. Read and interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Build fixtures, set up tools, and perform first article inspections. Check and log dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications. Run production parts and maintain quality standards. Occasionally set up manual knee mills for drill/tap and reaming applications. Collaborate with leads and team members to optimize setups and maintain workflow 5+ years experience setting up and operating Haas CNC mills (preferably 5-axis). Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools (micrometers, indicators). Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints. Aerospace experience strongly preferred; ITAR familiarity required. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Brief Description: The Sr. Machinist will oversee work on a manual lathe which ensures cutting a variety of mud motor parts. Rotating Machinery Services, Inc (RMS Inc.) is seeking a qualified Manual Machinist to work 1st shift and perform a variety of machining practices involved in turning, milling, drilling, threading operations, etc. They perform a detailed incoming inspection using micrometers and other fine measurement tools, learn to draw prints based on their findings and make recommendations on necessary critical repairs. As well rounded machinists and fabricators they are able to select and operate the proper machine shop tools to remove damaged babbitt and prepare the bearing for repair. During the babbitting process they move the part to our custom foundry where they apply new babbitt using various casting techniques.
