This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, fast-paced shop supporting innovation and development. JOB TITLE: Machinist II REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: The Machinist II must be capable of setting up and machining parts using fixtures and/or CNC machining centers by following the written directions provided as part of the job. At times, may work with a Molding Technician to increase the throughput of the equipment. Responsible to direct the activities of the Molding Helper and ensure that they follow job requirements. The Machinist II will also be able to run any job that has been set up previously and can run most equipment in the tool manufacturing and maintenance area when set up by a more senior machinist.
