Responsibilities
+ Perform advanced setup operations and adjust machine tools to execute operations from provided programs.

+ Adjust speeds and feeds during operation to optimize performance.

+ Check parts for conformance to specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
+ May operate more than one unit simultaneously.

Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of experience in print-to-part machining using CNC Mills or Lathes.
+ 4+ years of experience editing or programming G&M codes with controls such as Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, Mazak, or others.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience machining large parts, 10,000 lbs or more.
+ Familiarity with Heidenhain or Siemens controls.
+ Blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency.
+ Experience in prototype machining.

The facility is located in Merrill, MI, and specializes in building large fixtures and components for helicopters, naval ships, large machines, and vehicles.
