Position Summary:
A CNC Operator, or CNC Machine Operator, is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of manufacturing machinery. Their duties include running tests before the start of operations, Operator will load, unload, and inspect parts during the machining process. Operator will be responsible for the quality of the parts being produced and for achieving production standards. Loads, unloads, and inspects parts being machined while maintaining published PPH.

Maintains accurate part counts, fills out Box Tags, and Job/Quantity Tracker.
Reports and asks supervisor/lead for assistance with any machining problems.
Follows documented operator procedures such as inspection check sheets and posted operator notes
Maintains a clean work area and observes all safety procedures
Can execute machine offsets and insert changes with direction of supervisor or lead-person.
Produces parts with less than 2% scrap rate on a consistent basis.
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Practices safe work habits, maintains clean working environment, and performs routine preventative maintenance and other duties as directed

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What you will do in this role:
* Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
* Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
* Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
* Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
* Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
* Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.

* Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
* Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.
What qualifications you will need:
* Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
* Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
* (RN) Registered Nurse
* Registered Nurse Diploma
* Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation

Position Description Precision, Contract Machining Business is looking for a highly experienced, CNC Swiss machine programmer with the skills to read and interpret a customer's drawings then create an efficient process and program. This lead position will instruct and train other machinists in proper machine operation, work instructions, part production, quality assurance and overall operations. This is a working lead position that is also responsible for the set up and operation of multiple Swiss Machines and maintaining quality standards along with production output.
Job Duties and Requirements include:
• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience programming and setting up Swiss CNC Machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints as well as understanding geometric tolerances.
• Able to perform first piece inspection and process inspections.
• Able to run production and instruct lesser skilled machinists.
• Create and follow production set up sheets and documents.
• Understanding of various measurement tools for exacting tolerances and dimensions.
• Maintain equipment (limited daily chores) and work area in a clean orderly fashion.
• Create custom fixturing and tooling when needed.
• Monitor and maintain multiple Citizen CNC machines and employees in production.
• Keep accurate records of production, scrap, and non-conformance.
• Perform quality checks using a microscope, vision system, and hand inspection tools. CMM experience a plus.
• Understanding of G&M codes.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken) in English.
• Team player with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience in SolidWorks a plus.
First Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, Friday Overtime, 6am-2:30pm
