Work from drawings, specifications and schematics. Perform skilled fitting of bearings and spindles and align machine components. May be required to scrape ways. Lay out and machine complicated replacement parts requiring involved machine setups and operations. Perform a wide variety of electrical installation and maintenance work on plant electrical systems, equipment and apparatus. Lay out and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in accordance with codes. Diagnose and repair problems with a wide variety of electronic controls requiring knowledge of relay logic, digital logic, ladder drawings and diagrams. Contact outside vendors or service technicians as needed to obtain information regarding problems with machines or controls Perform necessary millwright duties to install and wire new equipment or to remove old equipment. Assist Maintenance Mechanical/Electrical B's as necessary to diagnose the more complicated problems and to decide on remedies. Operate fork lift as required to perform duties.
