Duties/Responsibilities:

The Senior Maintenance - One Call repairs and performs maintenance on all mechanical/electrical within the envelope of buildings and perimeter. One Call is responsible for answering and reacting to customers needs and concerns 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a specialty group whose primary focus is customer service by answering the One Call phone in a professional manner, interpreting customers needs, performing or facilitating necessary repairs with an excellent customer satisfaction outcome. This group performs any repairs required by customers to includes lighting, ceilings, doors and hardware, restrooms, general plumbing etc. The position requires the ability to follow all repairs through to completion including repairs that are performed by other Facilities Shops while maintaining contact with the customer keeping them informed of progress. Contributes to the overall success of Facilities Services by performing other essential duties (for example; snow removal) and other responsibilities as required. Assists in the implementation and establishment of preventive maintenance programs.

The Senior Maintenance Specialist (One Call) should have the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and confident manner.
