Oversee the performance and development of the NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) Environmental Safety, Health, and Mission Assurance (ESHMA) contract. Manage the daily operations and personnel to successfully perform to contract requirements. Serve as the primary management interface between the corporate and customer interfaces ensuring satisfaction of all contract requirements and maximizing customer satisfaction with the company's performance. Provide overall Technical Safety and Mission Assurance expertise to the contract.

Achieve all budget objectives for the contract, including maximizing growth and earnings. Manage monthly and quarterly financial performance to satisfy customer and company objectives.

Serve as the principal technical management interface with the customer, and conduct work planning, budgeting, and organizational structure.

Staff the contract to meet technical requirements and develop personnel resources to satisfy changing customer needs and employee growth goals. Ensure employee satisfaction with the work environment, leadership of quality improvement initiatives and innovations on the contract.

Respond to and prepare Contract Technical Direction Requests for Proposal in a timely manner and plan resource needs to fulfill contract modifications.
Support new business endeavors and organic growth in local area and in company core competencies. Other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED:

This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status due to the sensitivity of customer related information. Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in a technical discipline. WORK LOCATION:
This position is located onsite; no hybrid or remote working will be available for this position.


BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED:

Your Opportunity
The role of a Project Manager is to manage the design and delivery of large projects and maintain relations with current and future clients within our water business line. Candidate must be a hands-on problem solver willing to work through issues as they arise with staff, clients, offices, disciplines, and projects. Stantec is providing Capital Program Management and Program Controls Management and Implementation (the Program) for the Wet Weather Improvement Program for a local, large Municipal Client. Stantec is under contract for this work for the next 6 years with the opportunity of multi-year extensions, therefore this role is expected to be long-term.

The Program's intent is to ensure that the client's annual Capital Improvement Plan is consistently and efficiently managed. By managing capital programs and projects as if they were our own, our project management business and technical experts work with clients to strategize, plan, and implement projects that help them achieve their organization's objectives. Our award-winning team has managed thousands of projects across all sectors - hospitals, airports, and entire university campuses; infrastructure like mass transit and water-treatment facilities; and energy and resource assignments, from mines to wind farms.

It is recognized that all the work is highly collaborative and adaptive, and that the success of the Program requires seamless coordination, collaboration and cooperation between the client and Program Management Team (PMT). The nature of the work requires the PMT to adapt to changing needs as the Program advances to fully support the Client in delivery of the Program.
