Experience:
Pavement Marking: No experience necessary
Responsibilities:
· Follow directions of foreman/management
· Position consists of assisting in all day-to-day operations to accomplish pavement marking-related work as required.
· Willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers with other duties
· Layout, stripe and install pavement markings
· Operate a variety of equipment in the installation and maintenance of traffic control markings, including paint trucks, thermoplastic applicators, paint stripers, and obliteration equipment.
· Safely load and secure equipment and materials.
· Perform daily pre-trips on equipment and complete daily vehicle inspection reports.
· Operate arrowboards, message boards, and other necessary traffic control devices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, walk, and work in adverse weather conditions
Must Maintain a DOT Physical
Must be 21 years old or older
Driver’s License (Required)
Ability to work well with others

Job Description
Summary:
As a member of the Inspection team, you will be responsible for operating a laser marker to make identification data on products prior to shipment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform work in a safe manner by following all safety rules and providing recommendations to help make PCC a safe work environment.
* Achieve team production and efficiency goals by working to meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Program and set up machine; operate machine to check program for accuracy prior to using.
* Figure x-y coordinates to properly position parts for correct identification location. As necessary, make up fixtures to hold parts to be marked.
* Make up rubber stamps as substitute for laser marking as requested. Use vibratool to mark metal tags for attachment to castings as required.
* Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report these and any unusual conditions to proper supervision.
Experience and Education:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but may be substituted by manufacturing experience.
* One year of manufacturing experience preferred, previous experience in the casting industry is a plus.
Requirements:
