Position Hours: FT or PT weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement therapy programs, ensuring compliance with state and Joint Commission standards.
Design individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique strengths, goals, and needs.
Conduct timely assessments and re-assessments to track client progress and adjust treatment plans.
Serve as a mental health liaison between nursing, operations, and clinical teams.
Engage in quality assurance activities and participate in ongoing professional development.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of a master's degree and an active license in mental health counseling, family counseling, or social work in the state of Iowa is required. (A therapist with a temporary license must already have clinical supervision; only administrative supervision would be provided.)
Minimum of two years' experience working in a mental health field is preferred
