Prepare finished goods for shipment by organizing them in staging areas, completing necessary paperwork, shrink-wrapping pallets, and loading trailers. Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse by performing general housekeeping tasks and upholding 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain). Support our inventory management by pulling Kanban cards as needed and placing them in designated areas to ensure materials are replenished on time. Verify incoming materials and quantities, receive raw materials and finished goods into our system, and place them in their proper locations. Work as part of a cohesive team, exchange information with co-workers, and even help train others. You'll also have the opportunity to work independently and make decisions. YOU HAVE: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience with forklift operation, computer data entry, and general material handling (moving, counting, and identifying products) is . You have a keen eye for detail, strong counting and picking skills, and a basic understanding of computer systems. You are comfortable with the physical demands of a warehouse environment, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 70 pounds.
