Overview

Performs all assigned basic preventative maintenance on industrial balers and associated equipment.
Makes minor repairs and adjustments to industrial balers and associated equipment.
Operates computer controlled automated bunker system.
Properly utilize balers and bunkers to ensure single stream processing is not interrupted.
Responsible for housekeeping in assigned area including equipment and work areas.
Maintain timely, appropriate, and professional communications with plan operations, maintenance department, and baler supervisor.
Provide daily baler production reports to plan operations.
Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience operating industrial machinery
Experience in the Recycling industry preferred.

Overview

Qualifications
High School or Equivalent-3 + years job related experience preferred
Computer skills for proprietary database system, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel (a plus, but not required)
Forklift training/certification required
3+ years shipping and receiving experience preferred
Maximum lifting requirement 50 pounds
98% Accuracy on inventory transactions
DOT Training & Packing requirements
