Summary/Objective Performs tasks essential to the wholesale warehouse operations. Coordinates inbound/outbound deliveries, packs and loads product using a forklift, cleans and organizes storage areas, assists with cycle counts, and maintains a safe, clean work area. Essential Functions
Performs regular warehouse duties, including product storage, product staging and bagging
Drives a forklift to transport inbound products for storage and outbound products for delivery
Organizes products in accordance with local procedures
Follows logical sequence of loading and unloading trucks and/or rail cars and hand palletizing finished product
Maintains a quality and professional image with customers and is responsive to their needs
Pulls orders in accordance with purchase order requests
Loads/unloads pallets (e.g., pulling and placing bags on pallets, operating bag machinery)
Cleans warehouse and site to ensure a welcoming environment, as well as safe, sanitary working conditions
Ensures equipment is in good, working condition; reports any discrepancies to site leadership; follows all safety regulations and guidelines
Assists other plant/warehouse workers in various physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location

Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse or outdoor agricultural setting. * Work with Shipping Lead and or Supervisor regarding proper loading of orders for multiple stops. loads based on delivery schedule.
* Load trucks as outlined by Supervisor/Scheduler.
* Determine the best way of loading trucks to maximize trailer utilization and to protect the product during shipment.
* Work together with other loaders to keep lines empty and trucks loaded.
* Unload lines coming from the Unitizer.
* Determine how to route orders from the Unitizer whether they are staged on the floor or loaded onto a truck.
* Ensure that all trailers have been dock locked or that wheels have been choked.
* Clean empty trailers prior to loading.
* Complete all necessary paperwork.
* Maintain housekeeping in the shipping area.
* Blow out the Lift Truck daily.
* Work overtime as needed (covering vacations and absences).
* Must be able to work any shift as needed.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
* Must be able to do basic math.

Remove finished product, including sheets and finished packages from unloading lines and load the product into designated truck or warehouse location.
