This position supports Melton's Operations Department on the Laredo Yard. This position exercises independent judgment and discretion and is responsible for verifying load compliance with DOT and company regulations through inspections. They are also responsible for traffic control and resolving yard logistics issues, and managing communication between brokers, drivers, Mexican carriers, and Operations leadership. Parts Warehouse Classification The Parts Warehouse employee is responsible for receiving and shipping parts, maintaining and organizing the warehouse, and delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership. Essential Functions: Receive and inspect incoming parts, ensuring they are in good condition and verifying packing slips for inventory control.
