Deliver targeted coaching sessions to support individual player growth and improve technical and tactical understanding.
Observe all First Team training sessions and matches to assess player needs, developmental progress, and set-piece performance.
Collaborate with the Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, General Manager, and Technical Director to ensure alignment of methodology across the club.
Provide ongoing feedback to players through video review, performance analysis, and one-on-one development meetings.
