This includes nurturing leads, building relationships with referral sources, conducting tours, and working closely with the leadership team to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans to achieve census targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and community partners. Conduct tours, follow up with leads, and guide prospective residents and families through the move-in process. Maintain CRM records and report on lead activity and conversion metrics. Plan and coordinate community events, open houses, and outreach efforts to promote brand visibility. Represent the community at external networking and marketing events.
