Overview Join our growing team as an Inventory/Shipping Clerk! As we continue to expand and add staff, this role plays a vital part in keeping materials, inventory, and shipments running smoothly across the organization. You'll manage material movement in our ERP system, support stockroom accuracy and organization, perform cycle counts, and prepare precise domestic and international shipments. You'll also collaborate with production, purchasing, and inspection teams to ensure materials and products flow efficiently and on time. What You'll Do Receive materials from Inspection, suppliers, and other sources. Issue and return materials to work orders-both physically and in the ERP system-with accuracy and control. Repackage, re-label, and prepare materials with proper Quality documentation. Restock inventory and complete all required ERP transactions. Maintain an organized, clean, and accurate stockroom and shipping/receiving area. Perform cycle counts and support periodic physical inventories. Manage and update warehouse locations. Prepare, document, and ship products per customer requirements. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy (count, weight, measurements, and documentation). Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers. Provide support to Material Control and related areas as needed. What You'll Bring Experience with ERP-based shipping and receiving transactions (Epicor a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
