**Responsibilities**

The Company Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality, coordination, and execution of all ship-wide entertainment events and offerings. As General Technician Shipwide, you will provide technical assistance for shipwide and island entertainment events. You will set-up, operate and strike audio, video, lighting and other entertainment technical systems and assist with preventative maintenance and routine repairs.

+ Install, set-up, operate and strike equipment for assigned shipwide and island events
+ Handle heavy equipment and road cases
+ Manage the daily use of wireless microphones, including frequency tuning, power management and signal path
+ Mix live audio with digital audio consoles
+ Manage sound/mic checks for shipwide venues and performers
+ Operate lighting consoles for intelligent and conventional fixtures
+ Report equipment and consumable challenges
+ Provide preventative maintenance and routine repair of all ship wide equipment

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks
Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
Fuel and stage vehicle
Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
Additional Responsibilities
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

+ Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
+ Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned
+ Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone

Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Finance Assistant will provide administrative support to the finance department at Alerus Center. Responsibilities
Assist the Finance Department in its day-to-day activities.
Assist with guest/client relations.
Provide general office/administrative/accounting support including input of weekly sales reports, A/P and A/R data entry, document coding, and event reporting.

Prepare customer invoices for mailing.
Assist with month end closing procedures.
Examine and verify a variety of financial documents and reports.
Assist with other office duties as needed.
Other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Finance.
Qualifications
Minimum Two-year degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in an accounting/administrative position with increasing level of oversight and responsibility.
Ability to work independently and remain flexible in role.
Consistent and reliable attention to detail, accuracy, and validity.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must work well under pressure of deadlines.
Ability to successfully interact and collaborate with all team members professionally and supportively.
Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with company and business contacts.
Advanced proficiency with computers in a Windows platform including Microsoft applications, accounting/payroll/HRIS systems.
Extensive experience preparing accurate spreadsheets and reports.
