Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required
Possess a current valid driver's license
Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. The Secret Service has determined that age is essential to the performance of this position.
You must obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it during your career.

As a Deportation Officer (Course Developer/Instructor), you will perform the following duties:
* Modify training program curriculum and resolve complex curriculum related problems requiring considerable research to incorporate new concepts and innovations applicable to the mission, and submit course revision recommendations for review and use;
* Establish and maintain professional contacts with leading educators, trainers, practitioners, researchers, and others in education and training institutions, research organizations, and law enforcement programs;
* Provide expert advice and assistance in current instructional technology and adult education theories, principles and practices to students, fellow instructors or managers;
* Develop and maintain professional collaboration, coordination, and liaison with members both external and internal to the organization, including other agencies, co-workers, supervisors and managers; and
* Create and maintain documentation to ensure the training program meets with existing standards, and documents program operations in relation to these standards, program design, and existing policies and procedures.

Completion of Training: You must have successfully completed Basic Immigration Law Enforcement Training in accordance with 8 CFR 287.1(g) and other applicable agency policy. This includes successful completion of the Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO) Basic Immigration Law Enforcement Training Program (ICE_BIETP); ICE Detention & Removal Operations (DRO) Basic Immigration Law Enforcement Training Program (ICE_D); the legacy Immigration Officer Basic Training Course (IOBTC); the Border Patrol Academy (USBPI); the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Academy Officer Basic Training Program (OBT); the combination of both the legacy Basic Immigration Detention Enforcement Officer Training Course and the ICE DRO Equivalency Training Program (ETP); the ICE Special Agent Training Program; the combination of FLETC Criminal Investigator Training Program and the DRO Equivalency Training Program for Special Agents (ETPSA) and for legacy US Customs Special Agents, the ICE / Customs Special Agent Cross Training Program. Deportation Officer Transition Program (DOTP). Selectees who have not previously held a position as a Deportation Officer, Detention and Deportation Officer, Supervisory Deportation Officer, or Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officer and have not previously attended the six-week DOTP will be required to do so after entrance on duty. Successful completion of this course is mandatory per agency policy. Failure to successfully complete the academy will result in your removal from this position.
Physical Fitness Testing (PFT): Physical Fitness Test (PFT) may be administered. A passing score is required. If you have failed a PFT, you are not eligible for consideration for 12 months from the closing date of the announcement in which you applied that required the PFT. Additionally, a PFT will also be administered at FLETC during Basic Training. Every trainee must pass the PFT during training.

Firearms Requirement: You will be required to carry a firearm while performing duties of this position. Maintaining firearm proficiency is also mandatory. You must satisfactorily complete (or have previously completed) the firearms component of the Criminal Investigation Training Program at Glynco, GA. Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO): This position may require substantial amounts of irregular or occasional overtime. You will be required to work on an unscheduled basis in excess of the 40-hour workweek. You must be readily available to perform this unscheduled overtime on a continual basis. To compensate you for this irregular and occasional overtime, you may receive premium pay in the form of Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO). AUO is currently authorized for this position. Position Description
The Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst provides threat-focused intelligence analysis in support of defensive cyber operations. This role delivers tactical and operational context on adversary behavior, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to support Network Security Monitoring and Incident Response teams.
The CTI Analyst analyzes multiple sources of threat-related data using established intelligence methodologies and toolsets to identify emerging threats, assess risk, and provide actionable recommendations. This position plays a critical role in enhancing situational awareness, improving defensive posture, and supporting informed decision-making across cybersecurity operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform daily review of cyber threat warnings, bulletins, alerts, and incident reporting documentation

Maintain awareness of adversary activities, including intrusion set tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
Communicate threat activity and significant events to appropriate agencies regarding intrusions and compromises affecting networks, applications, and operating systems
Develop cyber threat assessments based on analysis and coordinate threat tracking with other organizations and government partners
Compile detailed investigation, intelligence, and analytical reports
Develop, update, and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Participate in program reviews, product evaluations, and onsite certification assessments

Required Skills

Continuously monitors, enters, clears, locates, cancels, second party checks, and modifies wanted persons, missing persons, articles, guns, vehicles, and license plates in the NCIC database and the records management system (EIS).
Maintains, disseminates, controls, and enters warrants into the NCIC database.
Responds and disseminates information to government and various law enforcement agencies upon requests.
Receives, responds, and handles both urgent and routine hits (YR/YQ) relating to wanted persons, articles, vehicles, and guns.
Correctly reads, understands, and communicates the contents of a NCIC III criminal history for use in packages, officer safety issues, crime enhancements, and other processes requiring NCIC restricted information.
Collects disseminates, and files all necessary paperwork to support NCIC documents.
Enters non-emergency calls into CAD as necessary.
Performs monthly validations of NCIC records.
Monitors police radio traffic and assist officers when requested on the Records administrative channel.
Handles FBI NICS correspondence that comes across the NCIC terminal.
Provides RAP and DMV Information to officers, clerk of court and the town attorney.
Handles officers court docket request in preparation for court their respective court dates.
Provides Clerk of Court and Town Solicitor with NCIC information as needed.
Assists with incoming phone calls, routing calls or taking messages.
Attains NCIC certification within 6 months of hire.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:
High School diploma or GED;
CJIS certification required upon hire.
Valid South Carolina driver's license (only for CSO 2 - Patrol)

South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking Loss Prevention Operations Specialist to join our team of outstanding professionals in North Charleston, SC. Duties include but are not limited to: * Maintain an open line of communication with all levels of Loss Prevention Management to ensure a positive and clear understanding of credit union goals and direction and that all policies and procedures are being followed.
* Support Loss Prevention in all department functions to include overflow calls as required.
* Keep informed of current laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Communicate with members, financial centers, insurance and repossession companies, courts, and attorneys on a daily basis regarding Bankruptcy, Repossession, Total Loss, Probate, Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), Magistrate/Legal, Delinquent and Charged-off accounts.
* Bankruptcy Accounts. Review and respond to court documents; set up and maintenance accounts; file and update proof of claims and reaffirmation agreements; recommend further action (repossession, legal action, and charge-off); ensure accurate credit reporting; process trustee payments; and correspond with trustees and attorneys.
* Repossession Accounts. Facilitate the recovery and remarketing of the credit union's repossessed collateral; perform research and skip tracing; communicate with dealerships, repossession companies, tow companies, auctions, and attorneys; negotiate payment plans; issue required notices; ensure accurate credit reporting; oversee inventory control; cancel back-end products; file repo damage and secretion claims; verify and post auction proceeds; recommend further action (legal action and charge-off); and maintain vendor contracts.
* Total Loss Accounts. Negotiate and coordinate settlements with insurance companies for total loss accounts; process and forward guarantee of titles; cancel back-end products and follow up with dealerships until received; process insurance payments; and file GAP and DPW claims.
* Probate Accounts. Communicate with the personal representative and/or estate attorney for deceased accounts; file creditor's claims and life insurance claims; process claim payments; review inventory and property information; and represent the credit union at estate hearings when necessary.
* Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI). Obtain and verify proper insurance coverage; monitor reports to ensure premiums and refunds are posted; audit and maintenance accounts; file total loss claims; and process claim payments.
* Act as backup for the Loss Prevention Support Specialist in the areas of Extensions, Reages, reports, and attending Court of Commons Pleas.
* Continually explore different avenues of recovery.
* Balance GLs; complete charge-off projections; prepare month-end reports and statistics for management to meet the deadline imposed.
Minimum qualifications include:
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Possess a minimum of 3 years of similar or related collections, repossession, and bankruptcy law experience within a financial services work environment.
* Possess working knowledge of lending practices, small claims court, and financial terms.
* Possess excellent communication skills where courtesy, accuracy, and clarity are essential.
* Possess negotiating skills and the ability to resolve problems.
* Possess time management and organizational skills.
* Possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently with frequent interruptions.
