MINTH Group CEO and leadership

Chin Jong Hwa is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and an executive Director of the Group. He founded the Group in March 1997 and is the controlling shareholder of the Company. Chin Jong Hwa graduated from China Urban Administration College. Chin Jong Hwa has experience of over 29 years in management in the auto-parts industry and has been leading the management team since the founding of the Group. Chin Jong Hwa was also active in various other organizations, including being a vice-chairman of Ningbo Association of Enterprise with Foreign Investments, a director of the Ningbo Polytechnic, a consultant to the Ningbo People’s Political Consultative Conference for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs and an executive vice-chairman of Jiaxing Association of Enterprises with Investments from Taiwan. Chin Jong Hwa was awarded the titles of Honorary Citizen in Ningbo, Jiaxing and Huai’an, and the Economic Person of 2010 in Huai’an as well. He was appointed as a Director of the Company on 14 July 2005. On 10 August 2017, Chin Jong Hwa resumed duties as Chairman and executive Director from Honorary Chairman and non-executive Director and at the same time assumed the position as CEO of the Company.

Zhao, Feng is the Chief Marketing Officer (''CMO'') and an Executive Director of the Company. With the overall responsibilities for the Group's Sales, Feng Zhao is well experienced in business management. Prior to joining the Group in 1999, Feng Zhao was a Technical Supervisor, an Purchase Officer and an Assistant General Manager for another Chinese manufacturer. Since joining the Group, Feng Zhao has worked successively as an Purchase Officer, Manager of the Sales Department and Deputy General Manager of Business Operations. Feng Zhao joined the Group in March 1999 and was appointed as a Director on 22 December 2006.

Chi Yu Yu is a Chief Technology Officer at MINTH GROUP LTD. She studied at University of Toronto.

Ching Ming Chen are a Chief Operating Officer at MINTH GROUP LTD. They studied at Auburn University.

Sung Hsiang Ling is the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Group. Sung Hsiang Ling has over 18 years of experience in the accounting, finance and taxes field internationally. Prior to joining the Group, Sung Hsiang Ling was the CFO for Taiwan and HK listed companies (TSC Auto ID Group and Sandmartin Group). From 2007 to 2013, Sung Hsiang Ling was with HTC Corp where she served as the Finance Head of HTC China and Global Tax Director. Sung Hsiang Ling received her B.A. degree in Public Finance from University of Taipei in Taiwan, and she obtained her MBA degree from Reims Management School in France as well as Master’s degree in Accounting from University of Soochow in Taiwan. Sung Hsiang Ling joined the Group in April 2017 and was appointed as CFO in May 2017.

Yanchun Liu are a Chief Operating Officer at MINTH GROUP LTD. They studied at Harbin Institute of Technology.
