Job DescriptionPro Staff in Appleton has partnered with a local manufacturer in Neenah and we are looking to hire Productions workers to help produce supplements and other food products.
NEW PAY RATE 8/29 $18/HR

The operator for our cooking and mixing rooms, will be responsible for mixing, loading and cooking, and unloading of products you'll be running a machine and will be expected to learn understand machine operations well enough to be able to make adjustments as you progress to help ensure quality and final results of the products.

Machine operation experience is a + even if experience is not in food production

This is a lab grade, food production facility that works with GMP standards.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs 5-10 times a day.
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, push and Pull.
Ability to work independently.

Mixing Team Member

We have eight hour shifts available

$21.50 with shift premium 3p-11p
$23.50 with shift premium 11p-7a
$20.50 7a - 3p

Overtime is available!

Your roles, responsibilities and expectations:

• Ensures consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards.
• Maintains schedule by getting dough mixed efficiently and to dividers on time in order to maintain production flow.
• Maintains record of temperature of dough mixing times and other required data.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area(s).
• Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures

What you bring to the party:

• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 16 hours on a daily basis.
• Ability to push/ move buggies with proofing dough that weigh up to 2000 lbs. several times during the shift
• Ability to routinely stoop, bend and lift (50 lbs.) of ingredients to 36 inches high table and from table to mixer 54 inches high.
• Must meet/maintain FDC and CDC food handling requirements on public safety for work in a food production environment.
