Aerotek molded frames assembler job description
+ In this position the candidate will be working in the Drysand/Core department. They will primarily be making molds, assembling molds, and also pouring some of the molds. The molds are all dry sand based.
+ They could also be taking different cores and assembling them together onto the molds. They will be working with their hands a lot in this role and using tools sometimes too.
+ This is a completely entry level and trainable position. If have at least 6 months of metal manufacturing that is even better but still not required
+ Only 2 months to convert to union!
**Work Environment:**
+ This is in building 2 where they focus heavily on their Wax side of things. Temperature controlled at 72 degrees year-round so the wax casts are not altered.
+ Organized shop throughout all of their areas in this Wax Investment building.
+ There is a smell of Citrus wash that is faint, but some have an issue with it. It smells like you just cleaned your counter tops with Citrus cleaner.
+ These openings are on:
1st shift 6AM-2PM
2nd shift 2PM-10PM
**Pay Scale/Benefits:**
+ $21.85/hr-$25.85/hr Depending interview/walkthrough and experience
+ 2-month contract to Union
+ Health Insurance: 70/30 match on the 2000/30 plan
+ Dental: principal Premier Dental Plan
+ Company sponsored $45,000 life, STD, AD&D benefits
+ 10 paid Holidays per year
+ 401K with quarterly matching contributions based on company profits. So far this year 1st Quarter 40% 2nd Quarter 60%.
