Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level
Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
* Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
* Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
* On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
* On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
* Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
* On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
* Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
* Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
* Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
* Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.
* Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results.
Communication:
* Works closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner.
* Builds strong partnerships in both the Store Support Center and field.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
* 4 plus years of Retail Management experience.
* Must be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills.
* Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.
* Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities.
* Pro-active and process driven.
* Must be a result oriented, with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions.

Job Description
The Diesel Technician is primarily responsible for all aspects of tire service and repair on commercial vehicles in-house and on the road. This position also performs basic routine vehicle services and repairs on trucks and other vehicles at the tire center.
The hourly range for this role is minimum wage up to $32.00.
This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level.
Responsibilities
• Respond to fleet service calls in a timely manner utilizing a company vehicle
• Perform tire services/repair on a variety of wheel types - dismounting, balancing, patch/plug repairs, changing, mounting, installation and TPMS service and repair
• Inspect tires to identify tire repair and maintenance required; effectively and efficiently complete the repair in accordance with Monro standards of operation
• Perform basic routine vehicle services - perform lubrications, oil changes, basic maintenance (e.g.: bulb, wiper blade and filter replacements, etc.), battery testing and installations
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of tire center
• Receive, unload and stock tires and related products
• Adhere to all company and regulatory safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of protective safety equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned and required by direct supervisor
Management Responsibility
The Diesel Technician is an individual contributor to the team and operates under the general direction of the Store Manager
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three months of technician or tire related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and produce quality work
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision, and effectively as part of a team

Must be able to lift and stock merchandise and supplies up to 75 lbs. without assistance
Ability to safely use all machinery required in the tire repair and basic service repair process
Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time

+ Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing

We are looking for automotive service managers to manage and direct all service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. Responsibilities
As a Midas automotive service manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:
Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendationsbuilding computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
Supervise up to ten employees
Oversee technicians inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
Maintain inventory counts
Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Other duties as assigned

Automotive Assistant Manager
Pay: $16-$20 per hour. Pay is based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.
As a Monro Assistant Automotive Store Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of everyday store operations including the efficient, productive, and safe operation of our service bays. The Assistant Automotive Manager position is a great way to start your career at Monro. Responsibilities

* Assist with scheduling employees, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians.
* Performs duties of automotive technician when needed.
* Attends meetings and clinics to maintain current knowledge of tools, parts, and repairs.

Job Description
The Lube and Tire Technician at Monro or General Service Tech as we call it, is an entry level Automotive Technician position and a great way to start your career at Monro. Starting day 1 you will begin a comprehensive mechanic training program, covering all aspects of your new role. As a General Service Technician, you will be an essential team member, performing maintenance services on Guest vehicles. More importantly, you will be part of a team working together to deliver 5 Star Guest experiences, while using your technician skills to take care of people, their cars and ensure our guests have safe, reliable transportation.
Pay is based on experience plus, incentives (if applicable)
Responsibilities
* Mechanic duties include changing, mounting, and installing tires
* Wheel removal, tire repair and balance, tire patch/plug repairs
* Quick lube type duties such as lubrication and oil change
* Inspect and rotate tires
* Basic automotive maintenance work such as battery installation
* We will train you to do alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance services
Compensation: The hourly range for this role is $14 - $17 based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.
Must be comfortable speaking to guests via phone and or in person about their vehicles needs.

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level
Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.
Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results.
Communication:
Works closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner.
Builds strong partnerships in both the Store Support Center and field.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
4 plus years of Retail Management experience.
Must be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.
Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities.
Pro-active and process driven.
Must be a result oriented, with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions.
Proven influence and collaboration skills and ability to effectively interact with management to identify, develop, and implement process compliance and improvements.

Collaborate with Store Manager on operations of the store and decisions of hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
Support automotive technicians in establishing and maintaining productive sales environment by training and developing teammates on all shop operations and guest services.
Assist with scheduling employees, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians.
Performs duties of automotive technician when needed.
Attends meetings and clinics to maintain current knowledge of tools, parts, and repairs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school or GED equivalent.
2+ years of automotive and sales experience
Valid Driver License
Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
Excellent communication skills and basic algebra to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions proportions, and percentages.
Guest and team focused mindset

Automotive State Inspector License
ASE Automotive Certifications
Proven Automotive or Automotive Quick Lube sales experience

Job Description
* Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all manner of automotive repairs and maintenance, that you are qualified to perform
* Secure our guests approval to perform the work as a result of the diagnosis; and always maintain a clean, neat work area
* Complete thorough automotive vehicle inspections on every vehicle you service and perform any repairs and maintenance
* Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck in a safe manner to pick up inventory as needed
* Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians
Qualifications
* High school or GED equivalent.
* 2+ years of automotive technician experience
* Valid Driver License
* Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program.
* Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

We are offering competitive hourly Flat Rate Mechanic positions $25 - $36 based on experience.
