New England ABA is looking for talented and committed Clinical Supervisors to join our team and service children and families in our Springfield, MA ABA Center. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor you will be an integral member of our clinical team, delivering best in class clinical services on a daily basis to the children who attend our ABA Centers. To help you achieve this mission, you will be provided industry leading administrative and technological supports, including dedicated Recruiting, Human Resources, and other operational team members. If you are looking for a quality and consistent center based BCBA role with a proven organization, this is for you!
Job Description:
  • Supervise ABA services for children with Autism in a center-based program
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education
  • Collect behavioral data and completing progress notes
  • Organize and summarize behavioral data and write progress reports
  • Case management and coordination
  • Provide clinical direction, training, and support to our behavioral technicians
  • Conduct behavioral consultation
  • Opportunities to provide Supervised Professional Experience to staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision

Job Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA Certification
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience supervising ABA services for children with Autism preferred
  • Commitment to the field of Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Subject to State and Federal background checks as required [sp2]
