Job Description:
- Supervise ABA services for children with Autism in a center-based program
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Conduct parent/caregiver education
- Collect behavioral data and completing progress notes
- Organize and summarize behavioral data and write progress reports
- Case management and coordination
- Provide clinical direction, training, and support to our behavioral technicians
- Conduct behavioral consultation
- Opportunities to provide Supervised Professional Experience to staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision
Job Qualifications:
- Current BCBA Certification
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience supervising ABA services for children with Autism preferred
- Commitment to the field of Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Subject to State and Federal background checks as required [sp2]
