    As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to project teams, helping them navigate complex agreements and make informed business decisions. You'll use your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to review contracts, guide negotiations, and identify risks-contributing to the successful delivery of design-build and related projects in the water and wastewater industry. Detailed Description Advise project teams involved in design-build and related projects, either in a contractor role, designer role, or both, as to appropriate contractual terms in a variety of settings. Review RFPs and the associated contracts, provide contract risk assessments including proposed contract changes and exceptions and suggest risk mitigation measures. Be responsible to draft and review a variety of agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, joint ventures, prime contracts, and subcontracts. Maintain close working relationships with applicable leadership team, sales and delivery managers, other members of the legal department, as well as other internal core services groups necessary to achieve comprehensive review and risk assessment (cybersecurity, tax, insurance, etc.). Serve as one of the organization's contacts to address questions related to existing contracts and contract processes. Prioritize between multiple projects on a time-sensitive basis. Desired Skills and Experience A minimum of 8 years working as a contracts manager or similar role Substantial knowledge and experience with design-build projects and standard contract forms (such as DBIA and EJCDC), preferably in the water and wastewater industry Experience building strong relationships with project teams and influencing decisions Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience Senior level experience negotiating contracts with a pragmatic, flexible negotiation style based on sound business acumen Public-Private Partnership (PPP/P3) and/or Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) experience a plus. Strong understanding of legal concepts (e.g., standard of care, liability, insurances, indemnification, acceptance, warranties, intellectual property rights, etc.) and state and local contracting practices Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, and other contract management technology Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication (oral and written) skills Exceptional business ethics, influence, and leadership skills Salary Range: The hourly pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. Ensures that transportation operations are supportive of the District's instructional and extracurricular programs and goals. Demonstrates support for the District's student management policies and procedures. Directs ongoing programs and training to ensure all transportation staff are using proper student management techniques. BASIS Phoenix South is building a strong candidate pool for anticipated English Teacher (Subject Expert Teacher - SET) openings for the 2026-2027 school year. The English Teacher (SET) is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of exceptional instruction by preparing and facilitating subject-specific lesson plans. Subject Expert Teachers implement the established BASIS Curriculum while tailoring instruction to meet students' needs and bringing passion and deep content knowledge to the classroom. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the subject area OR a bachelor's degree with 24+ credit hours in the applicable subject matter * Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the subject area and/or education * 2+ years of teaching or education experience The SET Role in Our Co-Teaching Model BASIS Elementary Teachers are knowledgeable, passionate, and committed to transforming education. Our K-3 (or K-4 depending on campus) classrooms operate in a co-teaching model where two educators partner to support students. Subject Expert Teachers (SETs) are responsible for cultivating and implementing grade- and subject-specific lesson plans and delivering daily instruction. SETs collaborate closely with Learning Expert Teachers (LETs) to ensure students' academic needs are met. Guided by the belief that any child can excel, BASIS teachers combine deep pedagogical expertise with a commitment to helping every student achieve at a high level.
