Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to all Acuity team members on a medical exam or drug screening program within the Occupational Health Services business unit. Coordinates with examinees and network providers to schedule employment-related examinations. Interacts daily with other Acuity team members and provider network partners. Hours may vary to include weekends.
Whether the position or person is suitable for hybrid work is based on the nature of the job duties, contract, and/or management's discretion.
Pay is $16.20 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with examinees and network providers to schedule employment-related examinations.
* Follow different protocols for each program. Adheres to program specific protocols, processes, and policies.
* Utilize supporting software to process examinations from scheduling appointments, tracking progress, and recording final status for billing and delivery to the client.
* Works closely with our medical team, examinees, employers, and contracted facilities to ensure the completion of the examination process.
* Contact examinees and facilities to schedule requested examinations.
* Contact providers regarding missing or incomplete examination results.
* File, scan, and retrieve exam results to include laboratory, medical, and final determinations.
* Consistently provides professional and gracious customer service.
* Processes inbound and outbound phone calls, faxes, email, and mail.
* Handle routine customer inquiries and assess call escalation; redirect calls as needed to the appropriate manager.
* Meet or exceed established standards on a consistent basis for quality, customer service, productivity, and service level guidelines.
* Handles all medical and drug screen results compliant to HIPAA standard practices.
* Other duties as assigned.
* May participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces.
* May assist other departments with routine administrative duties.
* Performs duties in a safe manner. Follows the corporate safety policy. Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals. Ensures safe operating conditions within area of responsibility. Encourages co-workers to work safely. Identifies "close calls" and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel. * Assists in active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, and other mandated regulations/standards.

Qualifications:

* Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite Apps, Adobe Acrobat, database software, etc. with the ability to toggle between multiple platforms.

Primary Function

Primary Function:
This position is responsible for the pricing activities and cost volumes as needed for all new bids and proposals, change proposals and task orders in support of our government contracts at Acuity International. This position reports to the Director of Cost and Pricing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Participate in pricing and cost proposal development and provide pricing support for all phases of the proposal process.
* Develops complex pricing models and templates.

* The Physician (GMO) will be assigned to treat patients in the following settings: (1) non-surgical/field medical care clinics. The physician (GMO) will treat patients in these settings to ensure proper injury care and disease diagnosis, treatment and recovery, request necessary tests and follow-up visits and refer patients to specialists as necessary. Some settings will require the physician (GMO) to coordinate with local hospitals to determine local capabilities, coordinate admission, monitor and arrange final disposition. In addition, some settings will require stabilization of patients and coordination of evacuation of patients to a medevac center.

Primary Function
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed healthcare professional who provides and coordinates patient care, administers treatments, performs physical exams, and educates patients and the public about health conditions. RNs work in diverse settings like hospitals, physician offices, and home healthcare, and must pass a licensing exam after completing a nursing education program, such as an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provides medical services at the scope and level of a Registered Nurse to preserve the health of employees and client personnel.
* Systematically assesses the urgent or emergent health needs of patients, analyzes data, and formulates a plan of care, with other members of the medical team, which is realistic in relation to the employee's capabilities and job requirements.
* Recognizes and treats illnesses and injuries according to established operating instructions within the scope of licensure and regulations of state employment or practice.
* Responsible for ensuring integrity and security of all privacy laws
* Responds to a variety of inquiries of varying complexity by using knowledge and an understanding of established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding information (HIPAA, PHI, PII), including maintaining confidentiality of all company proprietary information.
* Relies on research, cognitive reasoning and follow-up skills to complete tasks, fact-checking information to verify and document information, ensuring applicability, feasibility, and data integrity.
* Proactively multi-tasks on a variety of assignments; provides thorough work while maintaining a sense of urgency based on program needs.
* Maintains professionalism, ethical standards, discretion, candor, privacy and confidentiality of all company proprietary information, meetings, communication, and documents, including implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization.
* Records and maintains patient information in accordance with standard protocols, and the Privacy Act.
* Identifies and records the signs and symptoms of physical and mental conditions.
* Thoroughly exercises skill in initiative, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making daily.
* Protects patients' privacy through confidentiality, infection control procedures, assuring consistent medication administration, and assuring proper storage and maintenance procedures for all equipment and supplies.
* Performs duties in a safe manner and follows the corporate safety policy.
* Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with contract requirements.
Job Requirements
* Graduated from an accredited Nursing school.
* Active and unrestricted RN State License and the ability to be favorably credentialed.
* 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
* ACLS and BLS certification.
* Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills
* Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.
* Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and high paced environment without physical limitations.
* Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems (EHR, scheduling, inventory).
* Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances and credentials required for access to detention facilities.
* Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, Resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
* Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and high paced environment without physical limitations.
* Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.
* Experience preferably in correctional, detention, military, or government-contracted healthcare environments.
* Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, detention facility healthcare standards, and government contracting compliance.
* Strong background in compliance, audits, and inspections (e.g., NCCHC, ACA, Joint Commission).
* Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher; has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
* DHS or ICE detention center experience.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
* Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
* Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
* Ability to ascend/descend stairs.
* Visual acuity required to complete paperwork and computer work.
* Work is performed in a secure detention facility.
* May require evening, weekend, or on-call hours.
* Exposure to emotionally challenging situations.

Primary Function
The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily functions of an ICE detention facility. This role ensures operational continuity, compliance with ICE detention standards, and coordination across departments including security, case management, food services, and medical support.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized. Actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission and values.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing daily facility operations to ensure safety, security, and compliance.
* Supervise and support department leads in executing operational plans and schedules.
* Monitor staff performance and assist with training, scheduling, and evaluations.
* Coordinate with ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), contractors, and internal teams.
* Respond to operational issues and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
* Support audits, inspections, and reporting activities.
* Maintain documentation related to staffing, incidents, and compliance.
* Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination.
* Promote adherence to ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS).
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility operations or detention management.
* DHS SSBI clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ICE detention standards and secure facility operations.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure, secure environment.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.
* Ability to obtain and maintain favorable background investigations
* Must be proficient in English; able to receive and understand detailed information through oral and written communication.
* Meet the requirements of the contract for all immunizations.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, Resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years.

* CPR/First Aid certification
