Job Summary: The Community Resource Specialist I provides high quality customer service and serves as the main point of contact for the organization. Duties/Responsibilities: Schedules and confirms appointments; verifies insurance. Manages referrals, work queues, patient lists, emails, and referrals in Electronic Health Record. Interacts with patients via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on NOAH services. Explains community resources and connects patients with appropriate resources.
