You will work directly with senior leadership to shape how the business operates at scale; everything from loan lifecycle logic to payment pipelines to customer-facing portals. This is not a narrow feature-factory role. It is an opportunity to influence core design decisions, improve engineering discipline, and modernize an environment that genuinely needs it. Why This Role Matters The current system handles mission-critical operations but suffers from tightly coupled code and long-standing technical debt, fragmented workflows across payments, amortization, reconciliation, and client reporting. This has increased demand from internal teams who need automation and better tooling limited API integration ability that slows down onboarding of new partners.
