Position Specification:
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience as Network and Telecommunications manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical Certification
- Deep understanding of network and telecommunication designs and topologies
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Experience managing and implementing PBX, VoIP and cloud phone systems
- Experience with Cisco firewalls, routes, and switches product lines
- Experience with Customer Service Rep call centers with IVR systems
- Experience with network and security technologies such as intrusion prevention technologies, proxy, VPN and remote access technologies
- Good understanding of information security and best practices
- Network professional certifications a plus (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
- Experience with Avaya phone systems and SIP Trucking a plus
- Experience in the utility industry a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's license as travel will be required from time to time based on the needs of the business
