Decent pay, 9-5 job with no requirement to work weekends, flexible hours, work/homelife balance
lots of managers, not enough employees to do the work. workloads get passed off on person to person. No ownership. Lack of training or none at all. Everything is an emergency project. Things need to be prioritized, what's most important comes first

Invest in the internal employees. encourage growth and progression. Give more pay incentives into the departments that generate the most profit (service/parts/rentals). Department heads need to be more personable and understanding of their surroundings and their staff
