Submit startup parts to Quality Assurance. Clean mold parting lines and vents as needed during production. Perform visual inspection of parts. Perform secondary operations such as drilling, trimming, and deburring. Perform assembly operations. Package and label parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, and wiping machines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Support daily production activities as assigned. Take pride in craftsmanship and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications: Always prioritize safety above all else and actively demonstrate safe practices in every task. Follow all safety procedures, proactively report unsafe situations, and wear the required PPE. Lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment and encourage your co-workers to do the same. Basic understanding of machining operations and mechanical processes. Understand basic operator controls of IMM, CNC, and Pad Printer. Able to read and interpret simple drawings and work instructions. Familiar with basic shop math. Comfortable using basic measuring tools. Good verbal and written communication. Desired Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred, vocational training desired. 0 - 2 years of prior experience in a factory machine shop. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Alternate education and experience considered based on the individual candidate. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required for documentation and training. Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Manufacturing Machine Shop - Injection Molding PPE required. Standing most of the shift; occasional sitting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively at times.
