Learn and understand the proper operation of the employee's machine (Lathe / Mill). Be responsible for that machine, report any problems to Management. Use and be able to read micrometers, and bore gauges. Learn and be able to indicate or "zero" parts on machines. Grind parts to the specifications called for on "Travelers".
