Pushes buttons or depress pedal to activate machine.
Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.
Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
Removes burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from workpiece with a powered hand tools.
Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or workpieces. Perform minor program changes , properly save and check them.
Machine operators are to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished workpieces.
Rivets and/or spot welds workpieces.

You will plan and perform all bench and required tool room operations including experimental work involving a good degree of skill and thorough knowledge of tool and die building practices.
You would also:

Work with supervision and engineering in the planning and installation of new machinery and equipment.

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $22.00 - $24.50 an hour.
