The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to manufacture components and products that meet quality and safety standards. **What You Will Do:**
+ Set up and operate intermediate CNC functions following detailed instructions and established procedures on CNC equipment to cut, punch, form, drill, pulse, spin, mill and stamp, to produce metal parts and components per design and drawing specifications required for subassemblies or finished products.
+ Load materials and parts, ensuring proper machine operation and workflow.
+ Utilize additional tools (e.g., drills, presses, soldering equipment) with proper setup and use as needed.
+ Perform basic troubleshooting of machining issues, identifying misaligned parts or equipment malfunctions;escalate complex issues to supervisors.
+ Track and document production metrics, including completed units and defects.
+ Inspect products for defects and functionality, conducting routine quality checks using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify specifications.
