* Repair and maintain injection molds in accordance with internal specifications to support smooth injection molding production. * Independently carry out tool repairs based on documented tool complaints, adhering to the set specifications. * Perform disassembly and assembly of injection molds, ensuring accuracy and precision.
* Execute skilled tasks at the workbench, such as spotting, measuring, and other critical adjustments.
* Document dimensional changes directly on technical drawings to reflect modifications.
* Inspect tools and components for wear, replace defective or worn parts, and rework tools and molds as required.
* Test repaired tools and molds to ensure they meet required specifications and operational standards.
* Update and maintain the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) following repair or maintenance activities.
Perform regular tool inspections in line with maintenance schedules, diagnosing issues as needed and replacing wear parts and materials
* Completed 3-year technical vocational training (e.g., as a tool mechanic) or a comparable qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the repair and maintenance of injection molds.
* Proficient in the disassembly, assembly, and reworking of injection molds and tooling.
* Strong knowledge of tool repair processes, including spotting, measuring, and other precision work.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and implement dimensional changes accurately.
* Hands-on experience with common machining processes such as milling, grinding, and eroding.
* Familiarity with manufacturing systems, particularly MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
* Skilled in diagnosing tool wear, replacing defective parts, and performing detailed inspections.
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
* Ability to work independently and within a team, managing repairs efficiently to support production goals.
