You will perform machine setups, tool changes, adjustments, quality inspections, minor troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of the equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to quality. Rate of pay based on experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-4+ years of experience operating, setups, tool changes, etc.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to operate/run multiple machines simultaneously.
Understanding of shop math & blueprint reading/comprehension. GDT preferred.
Knowledgeable in the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and similar quality control concepts is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
Set up machines using general shop tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers) and precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, indicators) following detailed setup procedures.
