Job Description
AERONES, a Global Leader in advanced Wind Turbine maintenance and robotics, is seeking a Wind Turbine Robotics Operator focused on Robotics services to join our U.S. Operations Team. This position is also known as Wind Field Technician. We specialize in cutting-edge robotic solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and top-tier service for the wind energy industry.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to travel to wind farms across the country, with all accommodation and travel expenses fully covered by the Company. Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Align and secure materials on the laser cutting table.
Load and interpret CAD files or other design inputs into the machine's control interface.

Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking, reliable CNC Programmer / Operator to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced - you'll be responsible for CNC programming, operating, and maintaining a clean work area around various cutting machines. The right person has an eye for craftsmanship, will work safely, communicate well with others, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to the job.
Key Responsibilities:
Create new CNC programs from scratch and recreate/optimize existing files.
Interpret drawings, CAD files, and design specs to create precise tool paths and machine instructions.
Collaborate with our design and fabrication teams to develop efficient and creative solutions for challenging builds.
Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC machines.
Monitor jobs for quality and accuracy, making on-the-fly adjustments as needed.
Assist with prototyping and production planning as part of a small, nimble team.
Operate machines with a high regard for safety protocols.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, safety, and efficiency
Work with an open mindset, willing to adapt and contribute to new processes or changes
Keeping the area around the cutting machines organized and free from hazards
Maintain and update accurate working files and engineering drawings
Skills and Requirements:
2+ years of experience operating and programming any/all the following CNC machine types: Zund, Multicam, KOMO, Vision, SDS
Strong working knowledge of CNC programming and engineering software such as Enroute, Router-CIM, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, etc.
Understanding of material behavior and capabilities (wood, plastics, metals, vinyls, etc.)
Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to verify dimensional accuracy and ensure alignment with design intent
Proficient in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of automated cutting machinery, including CNC systems
Knowledge of full suite of tools, cutting bits, and capabilities for each machine
Able to lift 20lbs or more.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
Problem-solving mindset - willing to suggest and try new ideas for improving operations
Adaptability to adjust to changes in schedules and priorities.
