Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, clean-up, transfers, and equipment maintenance. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule, which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction, and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12 to $15.

About the Venue
Baseball is back in Columbus! Synovus Park will be located in downtown Columbus, GA, and will be the home of the Columbus Clingstones, a MiLB affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. This inaugural season, Synovus Park will host 69 professional baseball games.
Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Fulfills all event expectations, including-but not limited to-requisitioning during events, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation, and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain product integrity.
Ensure proper product transfer process between locations, including follow-up documentation.
Assists in performing routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews, and other related documents.
Conduct a walkthrough of the commissary, warehouse, and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests, fostering a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
Ability to make sound business/operations decisions (i.e., regarding employee placement, staffing adjustments, and/or responding to technical, product, or equipment challenges during an event) quickly and under pressure.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess a thorough knowledge of all existing concessions locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
Possess a valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by the Provincial or local government.
Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc., pertaining to venue concession operations.
Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of food service/hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.
Foodservice certification.
Must be 18 to handle alcohol.
Physical Dimensions:
Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking. Routine activities require the employee to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include adjusting focus, peripheral vision, and close vision.

The Picnic and Catering Attendant is responsible for the set-up, service, and clean-up of food and beverage hospitality during special events and picnic catering during Clingstones baseball games and other events as needed.

Overview
The Catering Sales Manager has a primary duty of making sales and obtaining orders or contracts for venue. This position is responsible for generating, managing and coordinating outside catering sales, as well as initiating, directing and implementing marketing functions in the Catering Department. The Sales Manager will independently manage and oversee all aspects of full group operations from reservation, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.

Position Summary
The Catering Sales Manager has a primary duty of making sales and obtaining orders or contracts for venue. This position is responsible for generating, managing and coordinating outside catering sales, as well as initiating, directing and implementing marketing functions in the Catering Department. The Sales Manager will independently manage and oversee all aspects of full group operations from reservation, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.
The Catering Sales Manager maintains a consistently positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients. The Sales Manager will handle sales and customer service issues including providing outstanding customer service; researching, resolving and clarifying invoice questions; and providing knowledgeable and appropriate suggestions regarding menu selections. The Sales Manager will facilitate the flow of information internally, as well as communicate with all guests and vendors. Must be available to assist with general catering operations as needed.
This role pays an annual salary of $45,00.00.

Responsibilities
* Build relationships by networking and prospecting with key decision markers, establish and develop strong and effective relationships with influencers through the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction.
* Coordinate and deliver effective sales presentations.
* Independently sources, identifies, and pursues outside networking opportunities through professional industry resources and community events, or special events attended by prospects.
* Responsible for negotiating, authoring, and submitting finalized contracts and BEOs to Client and Internal Staff.

* Assist with follow-up of guests' experience at the venue, ensuring that all issues have been addressed.
* Assist in the planning and coordination of catered events as directed.
* Serves as primary group and convention contact once the contract is signed; approves any inventory or other changes, responds to questions or concerns in a timely manner.
* Assists with oversight of accounts receivable in conjunction with assigned events.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), plus minimum 3+ years related hospitality industry experience and/or training.
* 3 or more years in a sales role, with verifiable sales success.
* Demonstrated proficiency and successful experience in catering sales generation, contract negotiation and pricing, event scheduling, training, catering, banquets and menu development.
* Ability to work independently both on and off venue property with little supervision or oversight.
* Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on creating word documents, Excel spreadsheets, email); working knowledge of POS systems.
* Ability to adhere to high standard of business etiquette, professional verbal and written communication.
* Ability to consistently represent the Company in a professional, positive and knowledgeable manner.
* Ability to adhere to highest standard of confidentiality and discretion.
* Demonstrated ability to produce detail-oriented, accurate work.
* Ability to work a varied schedule, which may include weekends and evenings, as required to ensure outcome.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the effective management of Catering, Suites, Club Level operations.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality suite holder and premium guest satisfaction across all service areas.
* Maintain full compliance with all alcohol service policies; monitor service throughout events and immediately report any concerns.
* Provide continuous training, development, and supervision of hourly team members, including documentation of performance and attendance in accordance with company policy.
* Troubleshoot Point-of-Sale (POS) issues, including hardware and software challenges.
