Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests and works hand in hand with warehouse manager. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 to $13.00

Responsibilities
Conduct the warehouse, building orders, and completing the transaction.

Position Summary
The Director of Facilities Maintenance & Operations oversees all aspects of the venue's operations, maintenance, and safety to ensure a seamless and safe experience for guests, performers, and staff. About the Venue
Located in the heart of Cumberland County, the Crown Complex is a state-of-the-art, five-venue complex comprised of a 4,500-seat arena, a 9,200-square foot ballroom, a 10,880-seat coliseum, an exposition center with 60,000 square feet of unobstructed space and a 2,440-seat theatre.
Managed by OVG360, the Complex is home to the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team (SPHL) and Fayetteville Fury indoor soccer team (NISL) and hosts a variety of other sporting events, family shows, concerts and special productions year-round.
Responsibilities
Facilities Operations & Maintenance:Direct and manage all maintenance activities for building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.
Event Coordination:Coordinate with event organizers and internal departments to ensure facility readiness and seamless execution of large-scale sports and entertainment events, minimizing disruption to operations.
Budget & Finance Management:Develop, monitor, and manage departmental operating and capital budgets. Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors, and track project expenditures.
Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including building codes, fire safety (NFPA), health codes, OSHA, and ADA standards. Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and disaster recovery plans.
Project Management & Planning:Oversee renovations, additions, and capital improvement projects from planning and design to execution. Develop and communicate a 5-year capital plan.
Staff Leadership & Management:Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate a high-performing team of facilities and custodial staff. Foster a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and safety.
Vendor & Contractor Relations:Source, negotiate, and manage contracts and relationships with third-party service providers (e.g., landscaping, security, waste disposal, specialized

Qualifications
Education:A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business management, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a management or director role within a large facility, property management, or entertainment venue setting.
Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of building infrastructure, automation systems, technical equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
Core Competencies:Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational abilities are essential.
Availability:Must be available to respond to emergencies outside of normal working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the nature of entertainment operations.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision and running of venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. About the Venue
The Crown Complex is a multi-purpose venue in Fayetteville, North Carolina that hosts the Crown Coliseum, an indoor stadium which is currently home to the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team. The complex also hosts the Crown Theater, a 2,400-seat auditorium, and the Crown Arena, a 4,500-seat venue.
Responsibilities
Responsible for product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Ensure that established procedures for tracking purchase orders, requisitions, receiving dockets and perpetual inventor are maintained; report any deviation to the General Manager of Hospitality.
Maintain and manage sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Willing and available to assist with Premium Services or Concessions event operations as directed by the General Manager of Hospitality.
Provide direction to part-time warehouse staff to ensure all established lay-ins are completed for each event, in addition to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Responsible for ensuring that purchase order system is adhered to for all orders received at each warehouse; verify proper specification, size, quantity, etc. of goods received; supervise proper labeling, dating and stocking of supplies.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
Perform routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Oversee daily operation as either opening or closing manager on duty.

The Event Management Intern will learn to coordinate and execute events to completion. This position provides supervision of all maintenance contracted services to include maintenance of the computerized HVAC, plumbing, fire, security, and ice-making systems. About the Venue
Located in the heart of Cumberland County, the Crown Complex is a state-of-the-art, five-venue complex comprised of a 4,500-seat arena, a 9,200-square foot ballroom, a 10,880-seat coliseum, an exposition center with 60,000 square feet of unobstructed space and a 2,440-seat theatre. Managed by OVG360, the Complex is home to the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team (SPHL) and Fayetteville Fury indoor soccer team (NISL) and hosts a variety of other sporting events, family shows, concerts and special productions year-round.
Responsibilities
Directly responsible for overseeing all contracts for maintaining a preventive maintenance program to include all heating, air conditioning, boilers, chillers, air handlers, air compressors, ice making equipment, HVAC controllers, and security system through daily inspections, work logs and computer analysis. Schedules and make routine repairs or replacements as needed.
Assists with inspections of said systems with outside vendors and contractors. Works closely with County Fire Marshal to ensure compliance with building and facility fire codes. Makes recommendations and repairs as needed.
Consults with manufacturers, representatives, consultants and engineers to maintain knowledge of equipment and procedures.
Ensures that all electrical equipment is up to code and proper federal, state and OSHA safety measures are in place for correct operations.
Directly supervises facilities maintenance employees in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices.
Maintain up to date records for all state, federal, and insurance semi-annual and annual inspections.
Work with contractors to facilitate a team-work approach for the completion of a project or project
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Technical degree from an accredited college/university/school preferred.
Forklift certification is preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in facility maintenance management.
Must show demonstrated knowledge and experience in work crew supervision in facility maintenance.
Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Ability to follow written instruction, interpret AutoCAD drawings and execute plans.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
Candidates must be able to follow orders explicitly, be capable of working as part of a team, and be able to work well with other individuals.
