Overview
The Stocker is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of food, beverage and paper stock throughout the venue, as well as accepting deliveries and unloading trucks. The Stocker is expected to complete other tasks related to the maintenance of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary areas.
This role will pay an hourly rate between $15 to $17.

Responsibilities
Responsible for helping set up and stocking all concession stands, portable locations. Attention to detail including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality is always required.
Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes.

The Production Manager is a key technical resource for Greensboro Complex Maintenance/Production division that oversees a variety of media production activities requiring considerable knowledge of principles and practices, as well as operation, maintenance and repair of the more advanced complex technical production equipment which includes multimillion dollar computerized Daktronics LED video boards, scoring equipment, operating sound and mic systems and production lighting equipment, both hardwire and WIFI internet technical support for in-house staff, promoters, vendors as well as ticketed audience/fans attending events. A primary focus of this position is diagnoses and repair of problems in approximately $5M in LED equipment as well as handling implementation of graphic designs and integration of artwork into these systems. Candidate must be able to develop graphics both in static and AVI. This employee will perform extensive independent work on Greensboro Complex communications services and other mediums. This position addresses issues in very demanding and time sensitive situations for live events, in addition to coordinating the work of technical contractors and assuring that their work is performed at high levels and within tight time constraints. Duties also include the scheduling for operation and training of full and part-time staff on the operation of the sound, lighting, LED control systems for events.
This role will pay an annual rate of $79,000.00-$83,200.00.

Qualifications

Overview

* Supports operation maintenance and repair of more advanced complex technical production equipment including multimillion dollar computerized Daktronics Led video boards, scoring equipment, operating sound and mic systems, production lighting equipment developing graphics both in static and AVI and other production needs and specifications for each event and determines best configuration of complex equipment and technology to support the unique requirements of each event as well as accommodate client preferences as requested.

Responsibilities
Master the operation of the Host, Archtics, and TM Sales ticketing systems.
Stay informed about each event's details, such as ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, and seating configurations.
Stay up to date on all Broadway information throughout respective seasons.
Successfully sell Broadway season tickets, process exchanges, and payment plans.
Become well-versed in the seating charts and configurations of your assigned locations.
Efficiently and accurately handle transactions for all events using the appropriate ticketing system.
Accurately process payments, ensuring the transaction was approved
Accurately collect all patron information and send tickets digitally to the patron.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing patrons' needs positively and effectively.
Reconcile all funds received from ticket sales at the end of each shift.
Maintain precise and clear records of all transactions.
Uphold confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

Overview

Responsibilities

Maintains clean and sanitary work station at all times. Ensures bar equipment is clean & well maintained.

Six months or more experience bartending.

Responsibilities
Primary duty is to maintain constant surveillance of swimming and diving areas to ensure the safety of swimmers/patrons.
Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations, including administering first aid in the event of injury, rescuing swimmers in distress and administering CPR if necessary.
Assist swimmers from the water, enforces swimming pool regulations; assists in teaching swimming, assist pool supervisors in operation and maintenance of pool and program.
Enforce all aquatic facility policies rules and regulations.
Maintain and complete required training and applicable certifications.
