A Guest Experience Attendant is an on-call, per event employee who will act as primary provider of direct experience to guests as they are entertained at Chaifetz Arena. They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all service needs are met. Guest Experience Attendants will work in positions as needed including; usher, ticket taker, suite staff, golf cart operator, elevator attendant, wheelchair attendant, and door guards.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00 to $19.00.

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Position Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of live event production and scoreboard operations at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri on the campus of Saint Louis University. This role is a hybrid of technical production management and creative direction, focused on delivering high impact, engaging fan experiences during collegiate basketball games and other live events. Game Presentation & Fan Engagement
Serve as game day producer for SLU basketball and select arena events, managing the full run-of-show, cueing scoreboard content, music, lighting, and live entertainment.
Work in conjunction with the university athletic department to execute engaging in-game programming including hype videos, contests, spirit squad integration, fan prompts, and sponsor activations.
Collaborate closely with Athletics Marketing, Sponsorship, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and branded fan experience.
Scoreboard & Live Event Production
Operate and oversee all arena production systems, including Daktronics video boards, LED ribbons, L-Acoustics PA system, lighting, and replay technology.
Manage all technical aspects of in-game production, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of video, graphics, and audio content.
Manage all technical aspects of live production for high school and college graduation ceremonies, including web streaming.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues and coordinate with various vendors.
Work with personnel at all levels, including touring representatives, promoters, university and facility partners in advance and day of event.
Point of contact with various TV networks that are on site to broadcast basketball games and other live events.
Responsible for A/V in auxiliary rooms including the Lorenzinis Restaurant, 1818 Lounge, concourse TVs and back of house rooms.
Point of contact for any IT related issues in the building, working with Campus IT department to troubleshoot and address all issues.
Staff Leadership
Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a team of part-time control room staff, camera operators, DJs, and other game day production personnel.
Lead production meetings and manage crew communication to ensure seamless execution of each event.
Content Creation & Management
Responsible for creation and organization of game day content including static team scoreboard imagery, sponsor content, animations, and crowd engagement features.
Use Adobe After Effects to update motion graphic template packages and Photoshop for high-impact static designs and quick-turn game day content.
Maintain compliance with all NCAA and Atlantic 10 Conference rules related to promotions and in-game elements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Production, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in live event or sports production; collegiate athletics experience preferred.
Must have experience in using video control room equipment including Ross Carbonite Switcher, Ross XPression CG, Ross Tria, Grass Valley Cameras, NewTek 3Play, and Clearcom.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, and Encoder with ability to provide proof and examples of this experience.

About the Venue
Centene Community Ice Center is as a state-of-the-art facility designed for hockey programming that is curated for all ages and skill levels. It houses three sheets of ice inside year-round and also features an outdoor rink for use in winter months, transforming into St. Louis Music Park in the summer months. It is the official practice facility for the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL) and serves as the home rink for Lindenwood University (NCAA DI). Alongside hockey development programs, the facility also offers freestyle skating and daily public skate sessions providing a unique experience for locals to get on the ice.
Responsibilities
Safely operate Olympia Ice Resurfacer to maintain the ice surface before, during and after groups.
Assist with the daily maintenance of all Ice Resurfacing equipment.
Preform daily ice maintenance; including but not limited to building, grooming, ice depths.
Assist with yearly ice removal and installation.
Assist with overall general building maintenance.
Assist with maintaining all hockey related areas.
Assist Custodial staff with Cleaning of locker rooms, emptying trash, sweeping floors and other jobs as assigned.

The position reports directly to the Hockey Program Manager and while scorekeeping is responsible for operating the scoreboard and tracking and recording goals, shots, and penalties on a paper or online scoresheet during hockey league games. In addition, scorekeepers are expected to use a supplied tablet to play music at stoppages in play and between games. The scorekeeper will also be required to work alongside our ice resurfacing team by moving the nets for ice cuts following each game. Arena attendant shifts will be responsible for monitoring and assisting customers, ensures a safe skating manner, along with issuing skates and advising proper fit/size. This position will interact with parents, players, guests, coaches, referees, hockey directors and team captains and requires the ability to communicate with a focus on delivering a world class hockey and skating experience.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15-17.

Responsibilities
Use of control board for scoreboard
Communicate with the on ice officials to start, operate, and record a hockey game
Maintain a legible, concise, and accurate scoresheet
Provide accurate stats to league statistician
Check players in by number and/or name on the scoresheet
Assist our ice resurfacing team by moving the nets for ice cuts following each game
Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of area
Positively interacts with all departments: Referees, Players, Coworkers and guests of the facility
Appropriately safeguard company property, access, and assets
Monitor and assist skating customers
Serve as first point of contact in case of injury
Ineracts and welcomes customers, issues skates, advises proper fit and lacing techniques
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 16 years of age
Have reliable transportation
Ability to skate is recommended, but not required (for arena attendant shifts only)
Displays self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised
Willing to serve as the off ice official for hockey games
General knowledge of hockey
Demonstrates sound judgment and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
Possess a strong understanding for the importance of job execution

Position Summary

Centene Community Ice Center is as a state-of-the-art facility designed for hockey programming that is curated for all ages and skill levels. It houses three sheets of ice inside year-round and also features an outdoor rink for use in winter months, transforming into St. Louis Music Park in the summer months. It is the official practice facility for the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL) and serves as the home rink for Lindenwood University (NCAA DI). Alongside hockey development programs, the facility also offers freestyle skating and daily public skate sessions providing a unique experience for locals to get on the ice.
Responsibilities
Safely operate Olympia Ice Resurfacer to maintain the ice surface before, during and after groups.
Assist with the daily maintenance of all Ice Resurfacing equipment.
Preform daily ice maintenance; including but not limited to building, grooming, ice depths.
Assist with yearly ice removal and installation.
Assist with the instiallation and removal of hockey glass and dasherboards.
Assist in the buffing and cleaning of rink glass
Assist with overall general building maintenance.
Assist with maintaining all hockey related areas.
Assist Custodial staff with Cleaning of locker rooms, emptying trash, sweeping floors and other jobs as assigned.
Ability to perform general labor including removing dasher walls, glass, setting of tables and chairs, building stages, setting pipe and drape, detail cleaning, exterior maintenance, snow removal, painting, etc.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Complete end of night duties when scheduled.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on events, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Ice Operations Director or Manager.
Qualifications
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to read and write and to follow written and oral instructions
Experience operating an ice resurfacer preferred or previous experience operating heavy machinery/equipment.
Ability to concentrate in a high stress, noisy game situations with promotions and thousands of people in attendance.
Experience driving in tandem during ice cuts.
Possess a valid driver's license, possess a suitable driving history and be insurable by our insurance carrier (without conditions).

Transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels and oter destinations
Purchasing various products/materials that the tour may require at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc.).
Facilitating crew meal orders after shows with local restaurants.
Coordinating laundry pickups with the tour.
Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Able to stand, sit, & walk for long periods of times
Familiarity with the local area and store locations a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

ESSEESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):
