Writes progress notes at the time of service that contain all essential elements and are comprehensible and family friendly; submits by the next business day. 6. Participates with the transdisciplinary team in Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings. 7. Helps train other staff, families, and other community partners such as Early Head Start teachers, to implement the strategies developed in the IFSP. 8. Provides families with consultation and therapy services in the home and other natural settings. 9. Evaluates for and develops assistive technology/adaptive equipment to assist EC! consumers in daily living skills and promoting independence. 10. Is knowledgeable about community resources and services delivery systems. 11. Assists with transition activities when necessary. 12. Completes continuing education as required by the Texas Board of Examiners for license renewal. 13. Follow all Community Action Corporation of South Texas Policy and Procedures, and EC!
