Your Impact

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Driver Requirements:
Possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
Prior Box Truck / Van driving background and able to drive Quest light-duty vans.
Pass Quest-generated written and practical driving tests.
Submit to an annual driving record review (No DUIs, etc).
This position is required to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Must be able to pass written and practical driving tests.
Must be able to drive all company vehicles, including medium-duty trucks (such as 16' box truck).
Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to repeatedly lift 62 lbs and work on a step ladder without exceeding maximum weight allowance.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Mental Demands:
Problem solve and prioritize needs while on jobsites.
Do simple math calculations and think logically.
Analyze information and perform needed actions to fulfill duties.

Build quantitative evaluation techniques to drive data driven development

You have:
PhD, Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field
Experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets
Experience with working and solving design problems that cut across multiple components. High quality API design with an eye towards eval and data driven techniques.
We prefer:
Experience in the autonomous driving domain, including areas like motion planning or perception
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in C++
Evaluation experience, contributing to scalable eval workflows and building metrics for ML models
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below.
